Original Tender Description

Shropshire Council is seeking to commission suitably qualified and experienced chartered surveyors to produce a Viability Appraisal for Rowley’s House and Mansion. The appraisal will support a bid to the National Lottery Heritage Enterprise Fund. If successful, the firm will be retained to produce a Development Appraisal for subsequent funding. Consultants will undertake research, analysis, and produce a report. The appraisal should consider sustainable end-uses, provide initial cost/value estimates, and demonstrate alignment with the Heritage Enterprise programme.
