The present procurement is carried out in the framework of the project "Cybersecurity Rapid Response Measures for Albania, Montenegro and North Macedonia", financed from the general budget of the European Union. As a result of the procurement, a procurement contract will be awarded to the chosen Contractor for the delivery of three (3) cyber exercises to be delivered for Albania, Montenegro and North Macedonia in the course of 5 months. Practical cyber exercises are based on exercise scenarios. All exercises should have different scenarios.
A cyber exercise is defined here as a planned event during which cyberattacks, information security incidents or other types of disruptions are simulated in a controlled, interactive technology environment in order to test the participating organizations’ cyber capabilities, from being able to detect a security incident to the ability to respond appropriately and minimize any related impact.
