Bergen Municipality is procuring a partner who will develop, build and operate Fisketorget in Bergen under a concession from the municipality (hereinafter the Contracting Authority). The project is anchored in the City Council's decision on the further development of Fisketorget. The City Council decided that the realization of a new concept with a "grindabygg" (a type of building structure) at Fisketorget, including operation, shall be put out to tender.
