Tender Quality Score

This tender is generally well-structured with clear objectives and financial information. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on document content, impacting completeness and fairness.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender follows an open procedure and provides a CPV code. Deadlines are present, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the complexity implied by the specification document. No disputes are noted. Regulatory compliance is assumed based on the provided information.

Clarity80/100

The description of services is clear, and the core requirements are outlined. The reference to a 'Specification Document' for full details is appropriate, but the absence of its content within the tender notice itself reduces immediate clarity for potential bidders.

Completeness70/100

Basic information such as title, organization, estimated value, and contract duration is present. However, the lack of accessible content for the 'Specification Document' and the absence of specified evaluation criteria mean crucial details for a complete understanding are missing.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open procedure, promoting broad participation. The estimated value is disclosed. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria makes it difficult for suppliers to understand how their bids will be assessed, potentially impacting fairness. The reliance on an external 'Specification Document' without its content also raises concerns.

Missing evaluation criteria
Practicality65/100

The contract start date and duration are specified. Financing information is implicitly linked to the estimated value. However, the lack of explicit mention of e-submission and the absence of document URLs for the specification document reduce practicality.

No e-submission mentioned
Document URL missing for specification
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields like title, organization, value, and dates are populated. There are no reported suspensions or disputes. The dates provided are logically sequenced, with the contract start date following the submission deadline.

Sustainability50/100

There is no explicit mention of green procurement, social aspects, or innovation within the provided tender information. The tender is not indicated as EU funded.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
