Original Tender Description

Pressiülekannete korraldamine ja sellega seotud seadmete üür/rent ja tehnilise spetsialisti tellimine. Raamleping sõlmitakse kuni nelja eduka pakkujaga. Hankija jätab endale õiguse sõlmida raamleping ühe pakkujaga, kui vastavaks tunnistatud pakkumusi on ainult üks kohaldades raamlepingu alusel hankelepingute sõlmimisel alternatiivseid tingimusi. Sellisel juhul on tegemist raamlepingu muutmisega RHS § 123 lg 1 p 2 alusel. Alternatiivsed raamlepingu sätted ühe või mitme pakkujaga on toodud lisades 2 ja 3, erinevus seisneb minikonkursiga seotud regulatsioonides.
