Energy Advice Service delivered for Peabody Trust

Peabody (“Peabody”) is seeking to appoint a single Service Provider to undertake telephone and home visit energy advice to our customers. The Service Provider will operate pan-London, Essex and Kent, and the scope will extend to any property owned or managed by the Peabody Trust. Our aims of the energy advice service are to; offer general energy saving advice information to all of our customers, and also to provide further support for those customers who require it. General energy advice information will be provided through the Peabody website, in newsletters and on Peabody’s social media.
