Tender Quality Score

This tender provides a clear project description and technical requirements for an Integrated Consultancy Team for a crematorium project. However, it suffers from significant deficiencies in transparency and completeness, notably the absence of evaluation criteria, detailed financial/exclusion grounds, and the failure to provide full access to all tender documents.

Score Breakdown

Clarity60/100

The project description and technical requirements are clear, but the complete absence of evaluation criteria is a significant clarity issue for potential bidders, making it difficult to understand how proposals will be judged.
