LHP Office Cleaning

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) wishes to establish a contract for the provision of the cleaning services within their offices. LHP are managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). This Contract is being procured under the OJEU regulations open procedure.There are two lots under this contract. All tenderers are required to indicate if they wish to bid for one lot or both. LOT 1 - Grimsby – contract for 2 years plus rolling for a further 2 months until lease ends 01 July 2023 LOT 2 - Boston – contract for 2 years plus the option of a further 2 x 1-year extension periods
