Original Tender Description

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of Analyses for subject evaluation of humanities and social sciences (humsam) 2026-30. The purpose of the subject evaluations is to provide a comprehensive picture of the quality of Norwegian research, framework conditions, and the societal relevance of research. The result is recommendations to institutions, the Research Council, and the ministries.
