KL01 Kukonkylä 400/110kV Substation Earthworks and Construction Works, Phase 1 Fingrid is constructing the new 400 / 110 kV Kukonkylä substation in Sievi. The scope of this project includes earthworks for the substation area to be constructed, including access, service, and transformer transport roads, as well as a transshipment point to be built along the railway line. Tree clearing at the substation site was carried out by a separate contractor during spring 2024. The estimated contract period is September 2026 - June 2027. Negotiated procedure.
