Riigihanke objektiks on omanikujärelevalve ja FIDIC Inseneri teenused Aespa aleviku ÜVK laienduse 2. etapi projekteerimis-ehitustööde teostamisel. Projekteerimis-ehitustööde elluviija leitakse ehitustööde avatud riigihanke teel - vt riigihange viitenumbriga 245680.
Ehitustööde Lepingu Täitmisaeg 220 päeva (Alustamiskuupäevast).
Ehitushanke orienteeruvad mahud on alljärgnevad:
- veetorustike ehitustööd, ca 3,1 km;
- hüdrantide paigaldus, 12 tk;
- isevoolsete kanalisatsioonitorustike ehitus, 1,5 km;
- vaakumkanalisatsioonitorustike ehitus, ca 2,1 km;
- vaakumkaevude paigaldus, ca 30 tk.
- V ja K liitumispunktide ehitus - 107.
Töö hõlmab lisaks ka teealuse muldkeha väljavahetamist 1m sügavuselt kogu tee laiuses ca 0,61 km pikkuselt ning teekatendi parendamist 2x pindamise teel kokku ca 0,25 km pikkuselt, mis on oma olemuselt mitteabikõlblikud tööd.
Ehitustööde leping põhineb nn kollasele FIDIC’ule.
