PURPOSE AND NEED PURPOSE Norsk Tipping wishes to enter into an agreement with a supplier for the delivery of high-performance internet reception and related security services. NEEDS TO BE COVERED Norsk Tipping currently has a high-performance internet reception with infrastructure provided by both Telia and Telenor. The agreement with Telenor expires during 2026, and the procurement is therefore being re-competed.
