Gas Servicing, Repairs and Installation

The Guinness Partnership and all of its subsidiaries is seeking organisations to provide gas servicing, repairs and installations in properties owned and managed by Guinness, in accordance with the contract specification and gas regulations. Guinness wishes to enter into a contract for an initial term of five years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years. Our requirements are divided into six lots, Lots 1 — 3 are for the servicing, repairs and potential installations in domestic properties and Lots 4 — 6 are for the servicing, repairs and potential installations of communal heating. Lots 4 — 6 also include the servicing and repairs of boosted water pumps.
