Original Tender Description

This procurement will cover parts of the value chain that measure, settle, invoice, and send debt collection to customers for the consumption of district heating (MAFI process). Meter readings are collected in a separate system and are not included in the scope/delivery of this procurement. This procurement includes Settlement and correction of meter readings, Invoicing, and Debt collection, referred to as the AFI process. Lunera Energi was formed on December 1st after Statkraft Varme was acquired. It is uncertain whether parts of the scope
