Soetatav toode on mehitamata õhusõiduk (inglise keeles Unmanned Aerial Vehicles - UAV), mis peab omama vertikaalse õhkutõusmine ja maandumine võimekust (inglise keeles Vertical Take-Off and Landing - VTOL). Toode vahendatakse lõppkasutajale ning on mõeldud Moldova piiripolitsei käsutusse. Toode peab olema kasutajale lihtsasti kasutatav, sh ei nõua selle kasutamise järgselt erilist hooldust. Tarnija peab lisaks toote tarnimisele täiendavalt arvestama ja planeerima esmase kasutajakoolituse, põhjaliku väljaõppe ja konsulteerima Tellijat kaasaegse piirihaldussüsteemi terviklahenduse kontseptsiooni analüüsi koostamisel.
