Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to basic legal requirements, including a proper CPV code and a clear, albeit short, procedure. The deadlines appear reasonable for a below-threshold procurement. No disputes are noted. The use of an e-procurement platform suggests regulatory compliance.

Clarity80/100

The description of the works is clear, and the requirements are documented within the Statement of Requirements and Pricing Tool, accessible via the ITT. The conditions for participation, including registration and envelope completion, are specified. However, the absence of explicit evaluation criteria is a notable omission.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Missing reveal date
Fairness85/100

The tender is open to all suppliers and uses an e-procurement platform (Jaggaer) for submission, ensuring broad access. The estimated value is disclosed, and the criteria for participation are objective. The process of registering and logging in to access the ITT is standard for e-procurement.

Practicality65/100

The tender utilizes an e-submission process via Jaggaer, with a provided URL. The contract start date and duration are specified. Financing information is not explicitly detailed, and the short contract duration might limit practical application for some bidders.
