Original Tender Description

The purpose is to procure a cloud-based (SaaS) solution that can, to the greatest extent possible, assist the Client in fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements related to the Norwegian Model (Norgesmodellen), including the requirements for electronic personnel lists under Section 15 of the Client Regulations (byggherreforskriften), control obligations related to, among other things, wages and working conditions, and the follow-up of the Oslo Model's (Oslomodellen) serious crime prevention requirements (seriøsitetskrav). The Client is scheduled to revise its serious crime prevention requirements during 2026, which may lead to changes in the municipality's follow-up needs. The solution must therefore
