Käesoleva riigihanke objektiks on omanikujärelevalve ja FIDIC Inseneri teenused Aespa aleviku ja Vilivere küla ÜVK laienduse 1. etapi projekteerimis-ehitustööde teostamisel.
Projekteerimis-ehitustööde elluviija(d) leitakse ehitustööde avatud riigihanke teel - vt riigihange viitenumbriga 240147. Ehitushange on jagatud kaheks osaks. Lepingu(te) Täitmisaeg 300 päeva.
Ehitushanke orienteeruvad mahud on alljärgnevad (mõlemad osad kokku):
- veetorustike ehitustööd, ca 4,6 km;
- hüdrantide paigaldus, 18 tk;
- isevoolsete kanalisatsioonitorustike ehitus, 2,7 km;
- vaakumkanalisatsioonitorustike ehitus, ca 1,9 km;
- survekanalisatsioonitorustiku ehitustööd, ca 0,7 km;
- reovee ülepumpla paigaldamine, 3 tk.

Leping põhineb nn kollasele FIDIC’ule.
