Tender Quality Score

This tender for a VAR Framework by the Metropolitan Police Service is generally well-structured, with clear basic information and financial details. However, it lacks crucial details regarding evaluation criteria and a visible link to submission documents, impacting practicality and completeness.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to most legal compliance aspects with a clear CPV code and a stated procedure. However, the absence of a reveal date and specified evaluation criteria represents a potential procedural irregularity. The deadlines provided are clear but their reasonableness is not assessed without further context.

Missing reveal date
No evaluation criteria specified
Clarity80/100

The description of the VAR Framework is clear, outlining the purpose and the general scope of goods and services required. The AI-extracted requirements, though limited in detail, provide a basic understanding of supplier expectations. The absence of specific technical and financial requirements limits overall clarity.

No specific technical capability requirements detailed
No specific financial requirements detailed
Completeness70/100

Essential information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration are present. However, the lack of accessible content for the tender documents and the absence of specific submission, financial, and technical requirements leave significant gaps.

No document content available
No specific submission requirements detailed
Fairness85/100

The tender appears fair with a disclosed value and a competitive flexible procedure. The CPV code is provided, and the general requirements do not appear to be tailored to specific companies, promoting a reasonable level of fairness. The lack of specific evaluation criteria is a minor concern.

No evaluation criteria specified
Practicality65/100

The tender is disadvantaged by the lack of a clear URL for documents and the absence of information regarding e-submission, making the process less practical. The contract start date coinciding with the submission deadline is also unusual and may present practical challenges.

No document URL provided
No e-submission specified
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and deadline are consistently populated. There are no indicators of suspension or disputes. The logical flow of dates, despite the unusual contract start date, is maintained.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus, which is a missed opportunity to align with modern sustainability objectives. It is not indicated as EU funded.
