Original Tender Description

Blackpool Council on behalf of Blackpool Entertainment Company Ltd (BECL) “The Company” have successfully tendered to implement revised ticketing arrangements, initially for the Blackpool Winter Gardens “The Venue”. The future extension of the solution to include ticketing of other attractions and events both in Blackpool and further afield, is a key objective.
