Hankija põhieesmärgiks on tähtaegselt ja madalaimate kuludega Rõuge vallas Misso alevikus Riia mnt 15 (katastritunnus 46801:003:0267) asuva amortiseerunud koolihoone lammutamine vastavalt HD-s ja projektdokumentatsioonis toodud tingimustele. Lammutustööde mahtu kuuluvad lammutusel tekkivate lammutusjäätmete käitlemine, lammutatava objekti krundi korrastamine ja haljastamine. Hoone lammutamisel lähtutakse Kurmik Projekt OÜ poolt koostatud lammutusprojektist nr 2020-1562-2 ning lammutusprojekti muudatuste kirjeldusest.
