PURPOSE AND SCOPE The agreement covers all necessary professional fields for preparing a complete cost estimate for rehabilitation projects and, in some cases, minor new construction. The framework agreement can also be used for quality assurance of Boligbygg's own estimates/cost estimates. LCC calculations may also occur. Cost estimates can be part of a single phase or multiple phases of projects. Boligbygg carries out projects in several forms of enterprise. The most used are client-controlled enterprises and total
