Tender Quality Score

This tender provides a clear description of the required SQE preparation services but suffers from significant deficiencies in critical areas such as the complete absence of evaluation criteria and lack of electronic submission. There is also an inconsistency in the estimated value between the main tender information and one of the document summaries.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The absence of specified evaluation criteria is a significant legal compliance issue, impacting transparency and fairness. Minor issues include missing procedure/type codes and an unspecified liable person. The open procedure and CPV code are correctly defined.

Missing evaluation criteria
Missing procedure/type codes
Clarity80/100

The service description and AI-extracted requirements are clear and unambiguous. However, the complete absence of evaluation criteria significantly reduces the overall clarity for potential bidders regarding how their proposals will be assessed.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

While basic information, value, and duration are provided, the tender is incomplete due to the critical omission of evaluation criteria. Additionally, one of the listed tender documents failed to download, and the 'Liable Person' field is empty.
