Tender Quality Score

This tender for photographic printing services is generally well-structured, with clear basic information and a defined scope. However, it lacks explicit evaluation criteria and details on sustainability, impacting its overall quality.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender follows an open procedure and provides a CPV code. Deadlines are specified, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the requirement for physical samples. No disputes are reported. Regulatory compliance is assumed but not explicitly detailed.

Clarity80/100

The description of services is clear, outlining the need for photographic printing for exhibitions at multiple locations. Requirements for sample submissions are also clearly stated. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria leaves a gap in understanding how bids will be assessed.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration. The contract start date is provided. However, the tender documents themselves are not accessible for review, and the content of the documents is not summarized, hindering a full assessment of completeness.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is open, and the estimated value is disclosed. The use of an e-sourcing portal suggests a degree of fairness. Requirements for sample submissions are objective. There are no apparent tailored requirements for specific companies.

Practicality65/100

The tender utilizes an e-sourcing portal for response, which is practical. A contract start date is provided. However, the lack of direct document URLs within the tender description and the absence of explicit financing information reduce practicality. The submission deadline might be challenging given the need for physical samples.

No document URL provided in description
Potential for tight submission deadline due to sample requirement
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and deadlines are populated. The contract start date logically follows the submission deadline. No suspensions or disputes are indicated, ensuring good data consistency.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention green procurement, social aspects, innovation, or EU funding, which are important considerations for modern public procurement. This absence significantly lowers the score in this category.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
