Original Tender Description

The framework agreement covers operational leasing of brand new electric vehicles including service, repair, loaner cars, and fleet management. The upper limit is set at DKK 37.2 million excluding VAT and a fleet of up to 300 cars (current portfolio is 250 units). The maximum value is based on historical consumption plus 20% flexibility, but does not constitute a purchase guarantee. The agreement runs for 4 years with expected first delivery from October 1, 2026.
