While generally well-structured with clear technical requirements, it lacks specific financial details and evaluation criteria, and the submission process is not fully defined.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender is in the planning stage, so formal legal compliance aspects like clear procedures and regulatory compliance are not fully established. However, the presence of a CPV code and a defined submission deadline suggests a structured approach. The lack of disputes and a clear procedure code are positive, but the absence of a reveal date and evaluation criteria are noted concerns.

Missing reveal date
No evaluation criteria specified
Clarity80/100

The description of the required Body Worn Video Cameras and Digital Evidence Management System is detailed and comprehensive, covering equipment, system functionalities, installation, training, and support. The AI-extracted requirements further break down these needs clearly. The conditions for market engagement, including an industry day and market survey, are also well-articulated.

Basic information such as title, reference, organization, and a description of the need are present. The contract duration and a submission deadline are specified. However, the estimated value is not disclosed, and no tender documents with content are available, impacting the overall completeness.

Fairness85/100

The tender explicitly welcomes all potential suppliers, including SMEs and supply chain members, indicating a commitment to broad participation. The disclosure of the industry day and subsequent market engagement steps promotes transparency. The criteria for participation are objective, and the process encourages early supplier input. The value is not disclosed, which is a minor concern for fairness.

Estimated Value: Not disclosed
Practicality65/100

The tender is in a planning phase, and while an industry day is scheduled, the specific e-submission mechanism (e.g., Jaggaer portal registration) is to be provided later. The contract start date is set far in the future (2028), which is unusual for a planning notice. Financing information is not provided.

No e-submission mechanism clearly defined yet
Contract start date is significantly in the future for a planning notice
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, CPV code, and submission deadline are populated. The status is 'planning', which is consistent with the early engagement activities described. There are no reported disputes. The contract start date is distant but logically follows the submission deadline.

Sustainability50/100

There is no explicit mention of green procurement, social aspects, or innovation within the provided tender information. This suggests a lack of focus on these areas in the current planning stage.
