SU148(22) Services facilitating student recruitment – exhibitions and digital media

The University seeks to award a contract for the provision of services facilitating student recruitment – exhibitions and digital media including email and display advertising to the UCAS Media Limited. UCAS is the sole holder of the data required to enable this and is the only organisation with the infrastructure and tools necessary to communicate with the volume of prospective students required. In line with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 32(2)(b) competition is absent for technical reasons.
