Original Tender Description

Rossendale Borough Council is seeking tenders for the Rossendale Resettler Support and Signposting Service (LRSSS), providing support to refugees, asylum seekers, evacuees, and others arriving through forced migration. Services include economic and digital inclusion, housing, healthcare, education, language support, mental health access, and administrative aid. The service requires weekly drop-in sessions at two accessible venues within the borough, casework, referrals management, and a monthly legal drop-in. The provider will partner with the Council and Lancashire Refugee Integration Team, using a case management system. The initial contract is for 12 months, with an option to extend for up to 12 more.
