Original Tender Description

The following entities may enter into a Call-off Contract independently or jointly with another entity with the Supplier via the Framework Agreement: • Lancashire County Council • Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Integrated Care Board • Blackburn with Darwen Council The term of the Light Touch Framework Agreement will be four (4) years. The anticipated Commencement Date is 14 December 2026. Each call-off contract will have a maximum duration of up to five (5) years, which may comprise an initial term and extensions, provided that the total call-off contract term does not exceed five years. The anticipated annual value of the Framework Agreement is approximately £15,811,983 excluding VAT.
