Original Tender Description

The purpose of the procurement is to ensure a proper audit of the accounts for the Church Council in Oslo and the accounts for the 39 parish councils in the Church of Norway in Oslo, including 12 parish kindergartens, within the currently applicable regulations and auditing standards/norms. Municipal accounting principles are applied to the Council, parishes, and kindergartens. The regulations are currently set out in the Act relating to Religious Communities/ ACT-2020-04-24-31, see particularly Chapter 3, § 14, paragraph 6, cf. the church order for the Church of Norway.
