Original Tender Description

Buckinghamshire Council (BC), in partnership with the Buckinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), are looking to procure a contract to provide the care and support service for a placement for a young person (the client) with complex needs. The client is currently in a semi-secure hospital placement but has been assessed as ready for discharge into the community with a Care Plan for him to transition to a Residential Children’s Home.
