Integrated Communications Control System Support and Maintenance

South West Police Procurement Service provides procurement services to Avon and Somerset, Devon & Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Police. The PCC for Avon and Somerset (Authority) has awarded a contract for the continued support and maintenance of their 2 x DS3000. The DS3000 is a central component of The Authority’s Integrated Communication Control System (ICCS) supplied by SSS Public Safety (SSS). The ICCS brings together for Communication staff an interface to Airwave, Storm C&C, telephony and voice recording. Due SSS ownership of the intellectual property rights in the DS3000, SSS are the only Economic Operator capable of providing these services.
