The subject of the procurement is the digital marketing partnership of Jyväskylä Educational Consortium Gradia. The aim of the procurement is to select one (1) partner who will support the strategic and operational development, implementation, and performance monitoring of Gradia's digital marketing. The procurement will be carried out in phases, with the selected service provider in the first phase implementing Gradia's digital marketing.
