Original Tender Description

The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for internal audit services. The purpose of the agreement is to establish an independent internal audit function that supports the board's and audit committee's responsibility for overall management, risk management and internal control, and contributes to improvement and value creation for the contracting authority.
