The Council has established a collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of assessment and therapies for five Authorities in the Gwent Region. It seeks to engage suitably experienced and qualified organisations/individuals to provide independent professionals for time and task-limited assessments and therapeutic interventions. The DPS is reopened for new applicants and those who initially failed.
