IA2837 Framework Agreement for a Clean and Clear Service

This framework agreement/competitive tender is for the provision of clearance and cleaning services in predominantly void (untenanted) social housing properties, but not limited to: ▪ Property and Garden Clearances (including roof/loft spaces) ▪ Pre and post cleaning of void properties ▪ Carpet cleaning ▪ Rubbish removal ▪ Offensive graffiti removal ▪ Pest control ▪ Hoarding dispersal ▪ Needle sweeps ▪ White goods disposal There may also be occasions where additional contracted services are required including but not limited to: ▪ Collection and disposal of fly tipping ▪ Specialist deep cleaning to dwellings and land as directed ▪ Minor graffiti removal ▪ Hazardous waste removal ▪ Garage site clearances and disposal ▪ Decanting of resident’s personal effects to CCDC approved management site
