Original Tender Description

Previously announced and cancelled - case number 2026/950. Changes have been made from the previous announcement. The Municipal Council decided at its meeting on May 6, 2026, that a new general valuation for property tax shall be carried out. The valuation will cover commercial properties, agricultural housing, holiday homes, undeveloped properties, and homes without a wealth basis from the tax authorities. See attachment for further description. The most significant part of the scope will be the first contract year. Requirements for 0-emission vehicles have been set for the return trip.
