NES identifies the need to improve the utilisation of the accommodation and also the need to ensure NES have sufficient shared space of the right type and size to meet operational business needs, including the provision of training. NES have a range of bookable meeting/training spaces, some of which require approval by facilities teams (usually in specific floors but could be specific rooms) and others are bookable with no required authorisation. NES requires a room booking software solution to enable NES to effectively and efficiently manage shared resources. Please note a cloud based software solution would be preferred. Alongside a software solution submission, NES also requests pricing for a hardware solution which could help NES plan, schedule, monitor and manage shared rooms over a number of sites. Please note, any hardware options submitted will not be marked as part of the tender. This will be for information only.
