Poste 1 - Développement et mise à disposition d’une application de prévision et de notification de risques de crues soudaines par ruissellement (flash floods) avec envoi automatique de notifications par email et SMS à ses utilisateurs. 2. Poste 2 - Support de cette application, ce qui comprend à minima la maintenance corrective, préventive et évolutive, avec définition d’un SLA de services détaillés. 3. Poste 3 - Formation et accompagnement des utilisateurs.
