Original Tender Description

This procurement concerns an agreement for the purchase of assistance in connection with strategic and communication consulting. The procurement is divided into two assignments/sub-areas, including (1). Strategic communication consulting and (2). Strategic design and graphic services. Norske tog intends to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier within each area. For a more detailed description of the delivery, please refer to Appendix A.
