Teleradiology and Specialised Reporting Services

BWPC (Bristol & Weston NHS Purchasing Consortium), plan to utilise the EoECPH (East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub) Framework for Teleradiology and Specialised Reporting Services and thereby conduct a mini-competition under Lot 1: Teleradiology Reporting Services (Outsourced and AI Assisted). Only suppliers awarded under Lot 1 of this Framework will be eligible to bid. BWPC represent and provide procurement services for North Bristol NHS Trust and University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. BWPC are sourcing for the provision of: • Remote radiology reporting services across CT, MRI, X-ray, and specialist pathways. • Urgent, routine, elective, and out-of-hours reporting as defined in the Service Requirements. • Full technical integration with Trust RIS/PACS systems. • All staffing, governance, reporting, and quality assurance obligations. The prospective route to market for any award will be via a mini-competition under PSR regs. The anticipated contract length is planned for 3 years with one x optional 12 x month extension (3+1).
