Original Tender Description

There is a requirement for the replacement of the triangular ETFE roof cushions at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. This replacement can only be completed by the original manufacturer so that the existing roof frame can remain in place. The manufacturer, Vector Foiltec, is the inventor of the product, who will also install the roof thus delivering an upgraded solution while reducing additional on costs that would be incurred by going through a principal contractor.
