VIVID - Contract Provision For Building Security and Concierge Services at Totland Close Farnborough

Totland Close is a large block of flats in Farnborough. It comprises of 169 self-contained general needs flats. The flats are arranged in two blocks in a figure of eight formation. There are a number of services provided which are service charged, including CCTV, door entry system, concierge service, cleaning, and grounds maintenance, etc. The key aspects of the service shall include the following: 1. Maintaining the Health & Safety requirements 2. General duties as requested by the client 3. Undertake training analysis of staff and implement required training programme 4. To take part in operational review meetings 5. Manage customer complaints in line with VIVID’s Complaints Policy 6. Providing a safe place for our customers, staff and contractors
