The Framework Agreement is for the supply of Patient Dry Wipes for use on patient skin, all products must be suitable for use in the healthcare and healthcare-related environment. The Framework Agreement will have an initial term of 36 months with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months. It is anticipated that in the first 36 months of the Framework Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of £18, 000,000 GBP Exc VAT. For the full 48 month term (if extended) the anticipated value is £24,000,000 GBP Exc VAT. Further estimated values in respect of each of the Lots is set out below.
