Original Tender Description

IVH is looking to appoint a multi-disciplinary team, managed by a lead consultant to support a housing estate regeneration project in Greater Manchester through a two-stage tender process. The housing estate regeneration project will include both new build and environmental improvements with the project duration anticipated as being 6 years. The consultancy services required includes the following disciplines: Employers Agent, Architects, Planning consultants, Ground investigation, Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer, Principal Designer (CDM), Principal designer (Building regulations), M&E designer, Low energy consultant, Ecology assessor. Any of the above consultants are welcome to respond to this opportunity as lead consultant with a team of professionals able to provide the above services. As such requests to participate should be received from companies able to provide those services with where necessary identified sub-contractors to cover the other disciplines where they cannot be provided in house.
