Original Tender Description

The Banks' Guarantee Fund (BS) and the Financial Supervisory Authority (FT) are jointly conducting this procurement (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Contracting Authority). The Banks' Guarantee Fund administers and manages the Norwegian deposit guarantee scheme and the deposit guarantee fund, and assists the Financial Supervisory Authority as a crisis management authority under the Financial Institutions Act. The Financial Supervisory Authority is the Norwegian crisis management authority for the financial sector, responsible for ensuring financial stability and ensuring the sound management of crisis events.
