Procurement of a Community Falls Prevention Exercise Service

To prevent falls and fractures in the adult population with a particular focus in older adults by broadening falls prevention exercise provision in the Dudley borough. This commission is seeking a provider to bridge the gap between existing falls prevention exercise opportunities in Dudley borough and to improve strength, balance and functional improvements in older adults and enable them to exercise independently, maintain their independence and social connectedness.
