Trondheim municipality, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, invites to a limited tender competition for the award of a service contract for architectural and advisory assignments for the development of a sketch project for the Smelteverksprosjektet. Through the Smelteverksprosjektet, Trondheim municipality will develop a facility that efficiently solves two major municipal functions: a health and welfare center and a youth school well integrated into the neighborhood, utilizing the site's and the program's potential to become an important meeting and activity hub.
