Tender Quality Score

This tender is a pre-market engagement for bulk herbicide supply, outlining specific product types. While generally clear and well-structured, it lacks crucial details on evaluation criteria and financial aspects, impacting completeness and practicality.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with general procurement principles, with a clear CPV code and a specified submission deadline. However, the absence of explicit mention of regulatory compliance checks or dispute resolution mechanisms prevents a higher score. The deadline, while present, might be considered short given the planning status.

Potential for short submission deadline given planning status.
Clarity80/100

The description of the required herbicides is detailed and specific, clearly outlining the different types needed for train-borne and hand spray applications. The AI-extracted requirements further enhance clarity. However, the lack of specified evaluation criteria leaves a significant gap.

No evaluation criteria specified.
Completeness70/100

Basic information such as title, organization, and CPV code is present. The contract duration and start date are specified. However, the estimated value is not disclosed, and the content of the tender documents is unavailable, significantly hindering a comprehensive assessment.

Estimated value not disclosed.
No document content available for review.
Fairness85/100

The tender is presented as a pre-market engagement, which is a fair approach to gather market information. The requirements are specific but do not appear to be tailored to a single company. The lack of disclosed value and evaluation criteria, however, could be perceived as less transparent.

Estimated value not disclosed.
Evaluation criteria not specified.
Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a submission deadline and contract start date, along with duration. However, the absence of information regarding e-submission, financing details, and the unavailability of document content limit its practical assessment. The 'planning' status suggests it's not yet in an active procurement phase for e-submission.

No information on e-submission.
Financing information not provided.
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, CPV, and dates are populated. There are no reported disputes or suspensions. The dates provided are logical within the context of a planning phase.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus. This suggests a lack of emphasis on sustainability criteria within this pre-market engagement.

No explicit mention of green procurement.
No explicit mention of social criteria.

Strengths

Specific CPV code provided.
Contract duration and start date specified.
Pre-market engagement approach.
