The Broadband for Rural Businesses in Oxfordshire project (BiRO) will provide superfast broadband infrastructure for businesses operating in rural Oxfordshire which are not planned to be reached by any existing Provider’s commercial plans, or under the existing Better Broadband for Oxfordshire programme.
